Service Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Analyze, diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional and timely manner the first time, every time. Spot potential problems to prevent breakdown or callbacks.
  2. Perform precision tune-ups in a courteous, professional manner the first time, every time.
  3. Suggest or recommend enhancements to customers.
  4. Practice good customer relation classes to upgrade technical capabilities.
  5. Attend service-training classes to upgrade technical capabilities.
  6. Complete all forms and paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Abide by the E.B. Air, LLC dress code.

DUTIES:

  1. Must be able to troubleshoot and service all systems with little or no supervision.
  2. Must be able to troubleshoot and repair electronic air cleaners with no supervision.
  3. Must be able to troubleshoot and repair ice machines.
  4. Must understand duct system design and be able to troubleshoot same.
  5. Must be able to build basic duct fittings and install.
  6. Must be able to perform precision tune-ups.
